  • The user cancels at least 2 days before the session start

3. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Missed sessions due to participant absence or personal reasons
  • Late cancellations within the 2 days window
  • Materials, recordings, or resources already provided

4. Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 2 business days.

5. International Participants:

Refunds are handled in the same way for participants from Canada, the United States, and Europe.
