By using this website and booking classes or workshops, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services: We provide:

  • Online and in-person classes for children and adults
  • Storytelling & Art Workshops for children, combining live storytelling with a creative art activity.
  • Workshops can also be held at schools, libraries, and cultural centers.

2. Booking & Payment:

  • All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Prices, schedules, and details are clearly listed on the respective pages.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

 3. User Responsibilities:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for attending sessions on time.
  • You are responsible for having the necessary equipment and internet connection for online classes.

4. Attendance & Missed Sessions:

  • If a participant misses a session due to their own absence, no refund or rescheduling is guaranteed.
  • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in special circumstances.

5. Class & Workshop Changes: We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, participants will be informed in advance whenever possible.

6. Children’s Participation:

  • For participants under 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the child’s participation and behavior.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • All materials provided during classes and workshops (including videos, documents, and audio) are protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for:

  • Technical issues during online sessions (e.g., internet disruptions)
  • Missed sessions due to participant absence or personal reasons
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

9. Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. However, we accept participants internationally, including from the United States and Europe.

10. Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
